Description
What makes this guitar special: This J-45 Custom Rosewood possesses all the timeless elements the model is known for, yet adds a bit of tonal depth and variety with its rosewood back and sides. Overall, the combination of its body shape and tone woods provide a deeper response, a milder midrange, and a little more power overall, giving J-45 lovers a modest but pleasant variant from the traditional build. It plays just as easy and still holds true to the rest of the original build elements, outside of having a step up in production quality from the Bozeman, Montana facility. Plus, it’s still super clean for a used guitar and will ship with a great in-house setup so it plays beautifully as soon as it’s tuned up.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only very minor surface scratches but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The truss rod and electronics are all working perfectly.
Body: Slope shouldered body with AA Sitka Spruce top and rosewood back and sides in Vintage Sunburst. Cream binding and herringbone top purfling. Two-ring rosette. Vintage-style firestripe pickguard. Belly up richlite bridge and compensated Tusq saddle. Cream bridge pins.
