Description
Gibson's Songwriter 12-String is one of the finest 12-string dreadnoughts we've seen come through our shop. With its combination of a Sitka Spruce top, rosewood back and sides, in addition to 1930's bracing, this dreadnought has power and projection while retaining plenty of tonal nuance, giving it sparkling highs, well-defined mids, and booming low-end. And with gold tuners, mother of pearl parallelogram inlays, and a tortoise pickguard, it has a pleasing aesthetic without being gaudy. Plus, the excellent LR Baggs VTC electronics come standard on the Songwriter 12-string, accurately translating the tone of all 12 strings when plugged-in. This Gibson 12-strings quality is felt as soon as you lay hands on it and strum your first notes.
