What makes this guitar special: One of Gold Tone's many Folkternative instruments, the GBG Baritone guitar can add a new dimension of sound to your music. The acoustic-electric cutaway baritone has a 29 and 1/16" scale and is tuned a fifth lower (ADGCEA) or a fourth lower (BEADF#B) than a standard guitar. The GBG's precision-gauged strings compensate for the lower tuning so that string tension is similar to that of a standard dreadnaught acoustic guitar. The internal bracing structure under the select-grade solid Sitka spruce top is specially designed for maximum volume and projection. Mahogany back and sides contribute to the guitar's excellent bass response.
