A discontinued model with superb playability & silky smooth feel. Featuring a pair of FilterTron humbuckers & Bigsby tremolo for that ultra groovy vintage vibe. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with some mild surface scratches along with a few tiny dents & dings. The back pad shows some wear & tear, but overall the guitar is quite clean, especially for its age.
Neck: Two-piece maple neck with white binding & black side-dots. There's a bit of flame figuring in the base-side of the neck. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl "thumbnail" inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with Grover Imperial tuners & gold plaque on the front of the headstock. 1 11/16" nut width with replacement zero fret; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, chambered maple body with simulated F-holes. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with Rocking Bar bridge & gold hardware. Gold plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 15.1 oz & is exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: Dual FilterTron humbuckers with gold bezels. 3-way pickup, tone & standby switches. Master volume & individual pickup volume controls with "G" Arrow knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. One of the bottom latches is missing. There is no COA.
