Description
This is a very rare Stealth from the Professional line. The Stealth XL is built around an ultra sleek Ash body, coupled to an extremely fast playing 17mm neck. The form of this guitar is ultra sleek, it's compared to a Jackson Dinky with the front and back sculpted off. This guitar sounds beautiful playing clean tones, or distorted riffs cranked up to eleven!
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar is in great condition considering it's been played for 31 years. There are a few small cracks in the finish at both sides of the neck pocket. There are several little dings in the finish throughout the front and back of the body. There is one small nick in the back of the neck near the fourth fret. The covers for the truss rod and the tremolo bridge cavity are both missing. It has various little nicks, dings, scratches, etc., associated with typical playwear. None of this affects the playability of the guitar.
Neck: This guitar features a bolt-on maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and white dot 'offset' inlays. The neck is straight, and the truss rod works perfectly.
Body: This guitar features a solid ash body with a transparent amber finish. This guitar weighs an astonishing 7 lbs. 3.6 oz.
Electronics: This guitar is fitted with an HSS pickup configuration. The humbucker pickup at the bridge has been replaced with a Bare Knuckle Pickups humbucker. This guitar has one volume and one tone control with a 5-way pickup selector switch. The original tone knobs have been replaced with smaller decorative knobs. All electronics are in perfect working order.
