Versatility with high-end features, the 55-01 utilizes the classic Lakland body shape with a pair of Bartolini MK-1 split-coil soap bar pickups & an MK-1 onboard active preamp. You can dial in an amazing variety of tones, from modern slap to warm fingerstyle, to aggressive picked tones. The 35" scale neck is fast & smooth providing the killer sound Lakland 5's are famous for. Pro set up included & ready to go upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Flat-sawn Maple neck with graphite reinforcement bars. 10-13" radius maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Hipshot Ultralites in perfect working condition. 1.81" nut width; 35" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body in Vintage Cream finish. Lakland Dual Access string-thru or top-loading bridge with adjustable "barrel" saddles. Bass weighs 9 lbs 4.2 oz.
Electronics: Bartolini MK-1 split coil soap bars with Bartolini MK-1 preamp & black knurled control knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
