Description
The Line 6 Shuriken Variax SR250 is a purpose-built instrument that combines a modern performance platform with Line 6's Variax HD modeling system. Developed in collaboration with Shuriken Guitars, Yamaha Guitar Development, and Line 6, it features an alder body, 25.5" scale length, and a single bridge humbucker, while onboard modeling provides access to a wide range of electric, acoustic, and specialty instrument sounds along with programmable alternate tunings.
The bridge humbucker delivers a focused, high-gain voice for conventional electric guitar use, while the Variax system greatly expands its capabilities when used independently or with compatible Line 6 processors. Alternate tunings and modeled instruments are accessible directly from the guitar without changing instruments. It has been professionally inspected and set up.
Cosmetic Condition:
Shows moderate cosmetic wear from regular use. There is a dent on the back of the neck, several dents along the rim of the body, and the satin finish has polished in the normal picking area. Frets show minimal playwear.
Neck:
Maple neck with a C profile and 25.5" scale length. Fingerboard with 24 frets showing minimal playwear. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.
Body:
Alder body with satin finish and deep cutaways. Cosmetic wear includes dents around the body edge and normal finish polishing from playing. It weighs 7lbs 9.8oz.
Electronics:
Bridge humbucker with onboard Line 6 Variax HD modeling system. Controls for modeled instruments and alternate tunings. Electronics are functioning properly. All of the Variax functions test good.
Case:
Original Gigbag included, along with 1x battery, charger, and Variax-to-USB A cable.
