A delightfull 5-string bass that's sounds amazing & is super comfy to play. The elongated top horn makes it exceptionally well balanced, either playing seated or standing up. The neck is sculpted for comfort, with ultra low action & a lower body cutaway designed to offer maximum access up to the 24th fret. Featuring two Markbass soapbar pickups & equipped with the same MB Instrument Pre featured on their premium range of instruments. This onboard preamp is designed from the ground up by Markbass to faithfully reproduce the sound of your instrument. Changes in the volume level when switching from Active to Passive & back again are almost imperceptible - a unique feature of the exceptional circuitry inside. Simple & ergonomic controls allow you to richly boost or cut your EQ without clipping or distorting the signal - even at the maximum settings - allowing the MB Instrument Pre to work with you in any environment. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & white side-dots. Frets are clean with no wear. MarkBass diecast tuners. 1 13/16" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight; truss rod is slightly stripped but functions so exercise caution when adjusting.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in black satin. Top-loading bridge with five adjustable "barrel" saddles & black hardware. Bass weighs 8 lbs 5.1 oz.
Electronics: Two MarkBass "soapbar" single coil pickups. MarkBass MB Instrument PRE (Active/Passive, 9V operation). Volume (push-pull active/passive), Bass, Middle, Treble, pickup balance. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
