Description
The 1992 Peavey Unity Series Bass in Natural comes from Peavey's early '90s USA production period, when they were building higher-spec instruments aimed at working players. The Unity line sits above entry-level models and features neck-through construction, giving it a more refined feel and response than typical bolt-on designs from the same era. It's a straightforward, functional instrument built with durability and playability in mind.
This example is configured with a passive P/J pickup setup. It delivers a familiar range of tones, with the P pickup providing solid low-end foundation and the J adding definition and bite. The neck-through build keeps the response even across the fretboard with consistent sustain. It has been professionally inspected and set up.
Cosmetic Condition:
Clean with moderate signs of use consistent with age. Surface wear and handling marks are present. There are some deeper scratches on the face of the body, which can be seen in the photos. The J pickup cover also was replaced at some point with an ill-fitting cover. Otherwise very clean and well taken care of.
Neck:
Multi-piece neck-through construction, maple with laminate stripes. 34" scale length. Rosewood fingerboard. Frets show minimal playwear. Original tuners. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.

Natural finish Koa body. Neck-through design with body wings. Standard Peavey hardware. It weighs in at 8lbs and 5oz.

Passive P/J pickup configuration with individual volume and tone controls. Electronics are functioning properly.
