Description
Brent worked with PRS for several years to arrive at this unique model that meets the need for a versatile & reliable recording & gigging guitar. Most notably, the electronics configuration includes specially-wound narrow 408 treble & bass pickups with a 305 pickup in the middle position. This unique combination is paired with a 5-way blade switch, providing an amazing variety of tones. Other features include a Korina body & a 25 1/4" scale length rock maple neck. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds terrific!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with various surface scratches & some wear spots in the fingerboard. There also appears to be some light glossy touch ups in various spots on the fingerboard, perhaps to help cover the wear marks. These are fairly mild & can't be felt while playing.
Neck: V-shaped maple neck with black side-dots. Maple fingerboard with abalone bird inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. PRS open-gear locking tuners & Brent Mason truss rod cover. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid Korina body in cherry finish. Tremolo tailpiece with adjustable saddles & pop-in trem arm. 3-ply black pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 3 oz.
Electronics: PRS 408 treble & bass pickups with a 305 pickup in the middle position. 5-way selector switch & two mini toggles for coil tapping. Master volume & tone controls with clear knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
