With fully hollow construction, the Hollowbody II is a resonant guitar offering warm, woody tones. The details carried over from the McCarty 594 model impart even more vintage character to this already classic instrument. McCarty III pickups ensure that the guitar is clear & musical while dual volume & push/pull tone controls offer plenty of versatility with both humbucking & single-coil tones on tap. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds terrific.
Cosmetic Condition: Superb condition overall with only some very mild surface scratches.
Neck: Pattern Vintage, one-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. 10" radius rosewood fingerboard with abalone bird inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. PRS Phase III non-locking tuners with wing buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24.594" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Hollowbody with dual F-holes. Solid maple Violin top carve, mahogany middle wood & maple back wood. This is a Ten Top finished in Black Gold & displays stunning flame figuring in the top & back. PRS stop tailpiece & adjustable bridge with nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 12.3 oz.
Electronics: McCarty III humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with amber knobs. Both tone controls are push/pull for coil tapping. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with paperwork.
