The Vintera II 60s Bass VI captures the unmistakable offset cool and deep, piano-like low end that made the original such a cult favorite. Finished in bold Fiesta Red over an alder body, this example delivers punchy clarity and articulate low-frequency response with the unmistakable snap of a 30 inch scale. The trio of vintage-style early 60s single-coils produce everything from woody, thumpy bass fundamentals to jangly baritone textures, and the onboard low cut switch adds even more tonal sculpting for studio or stage use. It is a wildly inspiring instrument that comfortably bridges the gap between bass and guitar.
This particular Bass VI has been tastefully upgraded with a Mastery bridge, widely considered the premier upgrade for offset Fender instruments. It dramatically improves sustain, tuning stability, and overall feel, especially when using the floating tremolo. Upgraded Gotoh locking tuners further enhance tuning precision and string changes are quick and secure. The mid 60s C neck profile feels instantly familiar, and the 7.25 inch radius paired with vintage tall frets offers a smooth, vintage-correct playing experience. This instrument sets up cleanly, plays effortlessly, and has been extremely well cared for.

Maple neck with slab rosewood fingerboard, mid 60s C profile, 7.25 inch radius, 30 inch scale length, and 1.650 inch nut width. 21 vintage tall frets with minimal playwear. Upgraded with Gotoh locking tuners for improved tuning stability. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.
Body:
Alder body finished in gloss polyester Fiesta Red with classic offset Bass VI contours. Upgraded Mastery bridge paired with vintage-style floating tremolo tailpiece for improved sustain and stability. Nickel and chrome hardware with parchment pickguard and pickup covers.
Electronics:
Three vintage-style early 60s Bass VI single-coil pickups in SSS configuration with master volume, master tone, three pickup on/off switches, and low cut switch. All electronics function as intended and deliver classic Bass VI chime and depth.
