Description
The 1981 Yamaha Super Rock'n Roller 450S in Black is part of Yamaha's early '80s Made in Japan production, built at the Nippon Gakki factory. This model follows a traditional S-style layout with a Sen body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, keeping the format familiar and direct.
This guitar has been modified with replacement pickups, cloth wiring, and a 5-way blade switch. The pickguard has been altered to accommodate the switch. Hardware follows a vintage-style layout with a 6-point tremolo and bent steel saddles. The serial 305771 from this factory dates it to late '81, just about when Yamaha's 82' catalogue was dated. This lawsuit era Yamaha has been professionally inspected and set up. Come get a piece of history.
