What makes this guitar special: Exceptionally clean for its age & a marvelous player with a warm, rich tone. The chunky neck is very comfortable to play & even before it's plugged in the guitar offers a gorgeous natural acoustic resonance. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds amazing.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with normal light play wear - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & weather checking. The guitar has a very clean look to it & has aged really well over the years.
Neck: Beefy mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. The buttons on the original tuners crumbled, so the tuners were replaced with proper repros, however, the original tuners are included with the guitar. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Nickel trapeze tailpiece with compensated rosewood bridge. Pickguard is missing. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 1.3 oz.
Electronics: P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover - 7.64K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with gold "barrel" knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original faux alligator chipboard case included.
