What makes this bass special: A really fun Italian-made hollow body showing off some stunning birdseye figuring in the back. The bass is super comfortable to play & delivers a warm, bouncy tone. Comes complete with its original hardshell case & a pro set up from the experts at Cream City Music.
Cosmetic Condition: Pretty good shape actually, but does show some heavy weather checking throughout the body. Also the bottom portion of the tailpiece was re-welded some time ago. Overall the bass has a great vintage vibe to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Scroll headstock with gold E emblem. Open-back nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 29 1/2" scale length.
Body: Violin-shaped hollow body with dual F-holes. Spruce top with 5-ply binding. Trapeze tailpiece with adjustable rosewood bridge. Brown plexi pickguard with white finger-rest. Maple back & sides with lots of nice birdseye figuring. Bass weighs 5 lbs 10 oz.
Electronics: Two single coil pickups with master volume & tone controls along with a 4-way selector switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
