Description

Cosmetic Condition:  A very well-worn player's guitar with a cool vintage vibe!  There are various nicks, chips & surface scratches along with lots of finish wear & checking.  The back of the headstock shows some goopiness from finish touch ups, but there do not appear to be any repairs.  Overall the guitar has a great look to it & has been professionally set up by us with a fresh set of strings & low action, so it plays great!

Neck:  Medium-profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots.  Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays.  Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them.  Mother of pearl Guild & Chesterfield headstock inlays.  Unoriginal tuners are in perfect working condition.  Unoriginal brass nut is 1 11/16" wide; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition with original Starfire cover.

Body:  Double-bound, hollow mahogany body with Florentine cutaway & dual F-holes.  Original Guild-logo, Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with unoriginal Tune-O-Matic bridge on a floating rosewood base.  Original black "stairstep" pickguard with gold Guild logo.  The guard is in great shape with no cracks or breaks.  Guitar weighs 6 lbs 6 oz.

Pickups:  Original Guild humbuckers with black bezels.  The pickups sound amazing & are both evenly matched at about 6.80K ohms.  Dual volume & tone controls with original Guild knobs; 3-way toggle switch.  All electronics are in perfect working condition.

Case:  Unoriginal Epiphone hardshell case included.
