Description

Cosmetic Condition:  100% original with a super cool vintage vibe!  This gorgeous little guitar is in very good condition overall - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & light finish wear.  The mapleglo finish has aged into a beautiful golden color with a very nice patina.  The guitar has been professionally set up by us with a fresh set of strings & low action.  It is very resonant & delivers that classic Ric 12-string chime.

Neck:  Slender maple neck with thick rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays.  Frets are in great shape with very little wear & plenty of life in them.  Kluson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition.  Double truss are both working, however the nut on the treble side rod has a piece that broke off.  The truss rod can still be turned though.  1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & plays well - very comfortable.

Body:  Neck-thru design with solid maple wings.  Chrome-plated tailpiece with compensated bridge.  Single-ply white pickguard has a small piece that broke off, but is in otherwise good condition.  Guitar weighs 6 lbs 12.5 oz.

Pickups:  Original "toaster top" single coils.  Dual volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch.  Pots date to '65.  All electronics are in good working condition.

Case:  Newer Rickenbacker hardshell case included - has a changed handle.
