Description

What makes this guitar special:  100% original & just recently acquired from the original owner who kept the guitar in excellent condition.  Beautiful, baby blue finish is very clean & the rounded maple neck is very comfortable to play.  The layout is very simple, with just one single coil pickup, master volume & tone controls.  The trem tailpiece works great & the guitar has been professionally set up by our luthier so it plays perfectly.

Cosmetic Condition:  Fantastic condition for being 50 years old!  Light play wear with only a few minor nicks, dings & surface scratches.  Great shape overall!

Neck:  Medium profile maple neck with cream side-dots.  Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays.  Frets are in great shape with no wear.  Six-on-a-side strip tuners are in good working condition.  1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body:  Contoured, offset solidbody finished in light blue.  Tremolo tailpiece & compensated bridge with chrome hardware.  Single-ply white pickguard shows some pick scratches & has one minuscule crack near one of the screws, but is in great shape overall.  Guitar weighs 7 lbs 8.9 oz.

Pickup:  Single coil bridge pickup with white cover - 7.07K ohms.  Master volume & tone controls with white pointer knobs.  Pots date to '65 & '66.  All electronics are original & in good working condition.

Case:  Original chipboard case included.
