What makes this bass special: Made for only a short period of time, between 1966 & 1968, this one is 100% original & in great shape for its age. Warm, rich tone & smooth, comfortable neck make the bass a real joy to play. Professionally set up by our luthier, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe with typical wear for a nearly 50-year old bass. Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & weather checking. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with micro dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Oversize Mosrite tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 1/2" nut width with zero fret; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is functioning.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body finished in two-tone sunburst. Arched top with single, bound F-hole. Stop tailpiece with four-saddle adjustable bridge & original cover. 3-ply white pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Bass weighs 8 lbs 2.5 oz.
Pickups: Mosrite single coil bass pickups with black bezels. Master volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '66. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
