Description

A vintage 1967 Fender Deluxe Reverb 1x12 tube combo amp in exceptional cosmetic condition--not to mention one of the best-sounding Blackface DXRs we've ever had come through our shop! This amp is extremely clean and almost entirely original. The only question mark is the speaker, which is a proper Oxford 12K5 dated to 1966. This speaker, while period-correct has an Oxford Transducer Co sticker insted of the standard blue Fender sticker. While it is quite possible this is a period-correct replacement, the speaker looks and sounds identical to the OEM speaker from this era. All other aspects of the amp, including the transformers and circuitry, are clean and original. It even has the orignal Mullard rectifier and RCA power tubes. Highly prized for their amazing tone and extreme versatility, original Blackface Deluxe Reverb amps are growing increasingly hard to come by. This amp has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds absolutely fantastic.
