Cosmetic Condition: Typical wear & tear for a guitar its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a beautiful dark cherry finish & gorgeous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, semi-chunky mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful, dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Three-on-a-strip, open-back tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is functioning.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with 3-ply, large black pickguard. Tremolo tailpiece & compensated bridge with chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 14.6 oz.
Pickups: P-90 single coil bridge pickup with black "soapbar" cover - 8.36K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. Pots date to '66 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal, yet vintage, hardshell case included.
