What’s special about this guitar: This is a highly unique and very rare vintage Italian made Goya Model 109S hollow body electric guitar! This guitar features a mahogany top, back and sides with arched top and back, dual bound f-holes, split pickups which allows the player a multitude of tonal options and a super comfortable neck. This guitar really offers a unique design with playability and tone perfectly suitable for any gigging musician.
Condition: Great shape overall especially for the guitars age! There are a few small finish cracks throughout the top and one tiny one on the back but they do not go all the way through the wood. Cosmetically there are very light surface scratches and a few small nicks, dings and chips throughout the guitar. Some of the metal parts show some blemishing and corrosion but they are in good shape overall. The top corner of the pickguard has broken off. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with very light play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Double-bound, double Florentine cutaway hollow body with mahogany top, back and sides in sunburst finish. Chrome vibrato tailpiece with original trem arm. Chrome bridge with six individual saddles. Dual bound f-holes, dual plastic control panels with multiple buttons, a single control knobs and a black pickguard.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Goya split pickups in the neck and bridge with 5 pickup position selector buttons including an off button, three tone switches and a master volume control.
