Description
What makes this guitar special: A well-played beauty with a super cool vibe, and a stellar sound. This D-35 was nursed back to life by a previous owner who put in the time and effort to ensure that this 50-year old piece is ready to go for another 50 years, and it shows-the playability is super smooth, and the tone is positively sublime, with a solid Brazilian Rosewood back & sides providing resonance and stunning as its looks. Professionally setup and inspected by the experts at Cream City Music, so it’s ready to go right out of the case!
Cosmetic condition: Well-loved, with some battle scars and signs of playwear throughout. There are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, chips, and scuffs present, with ample finish checking throughout. The back of the neck shows some finish wear from years of playing. A previous owner had a crack repaired on the treble side of the guitar, along with a crack on the treble side of the top. Both are very well done and cleated properly. The bridge was reglued and the bridge plate has been replaced. The pickguard is replacement as well. The neck has been refretted, and frets have a ton of life left. There is a paper thin gap along the back of the bridge as well.
