Description
What makes this guitar special: 100% original & in excellent condition for its age. The ES-340 is very similar in build to the ES-335, but with slightly different electronics. Rather than the typical dual volume & tone controls, the ES-340 offers a single master treble & bass blender control allowing front or rear pickups to be activated individually or simultaneously. Players may select any desired mixture of highs & lows. The three position toggle switch functions as follows: 1) normal position for standard guitar sounds which can be used in conjunction with blender, volume & tone controls; 2) center position for "out-of-phase" for snarly type sound; 3) standby position. Most ES-340's tend to get modified like a 335, but this one is exactly as it should be & sounds fantastic. Professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it plays great too!
