What makes this guitar special: Everything you want in a vintage Tele, and then some! This killer guitar has a patina that absolutely can’t be beat, and has been aged to perfection. The Olympic White has faded into a rich French Vanilla color, giving a classic look to match its classic tone & playability. Thanks to some smart upgrades (namely, a pro refret and a set of compensated brass barrel saddles), this piece will be ready to rock for years to come! Professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, and ready to play out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: A true blue player with a classic vibe. There are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, chips, and scuffs present, with notable edgewear and visible finish checking. There is one small area of discoloration near the control plate that appears to be a cigarette burn, and one notable dent on the top edge of the 5th fret. The original pickguard was swapped for a black guard, and the original saddles were changed out for brass barrels (original saddles are included in the case). The neck has been professionally refretted (a very well done job), and the frets have a ton of life left in them. Overall, this piece is in awesome shape for its age, with a gorgeous patina.
