Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with mild play wear - lots of weather checking with minor nicks & dings. Overall the guitar looks really nice with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. 3-ply bound headstock with abalone floral inlay. Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition.
Body: Hollow maple body in sunburst finish with Florentine cutaway. Arched top & back with oval soundhole & 7-ply binding. Trapeze tailpiece with Howard Roberts badge. Floating ebony bridge with pearloid inlays. 5-ply bound tortoise pickguard shows some deterioration & checking, but no pieces are missing. 16" lower bout width. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 9.8 oz.
Pickup: Floating neck humbucker - 4.35K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with black speed knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
