Description

What makes this guitar special:  Super cool vintage vibe & a dynamite player with a pair of killer sounding humbuckers.  Classic SG looks with a small guard & iconic cherry finish.  The guitar has been professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!

Cosmetic Condition:  Good, honest play wear for a 40 year old guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & finish wear.  Overall the guitar has a great, true vintage look to it with a gorgeous patina.

Neck:  Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & tortoise side-dots.  Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays.  Original frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. USA Grover Pat Pend nickel tuners are in perfect working condition.  1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body:  Contoured, solid mahogany body shows off some nice, swirly grain patterns in the wood.  Stopbar tailpiece & adjustable bridge with chrome hardware. 5-ply small black pickguard is in good shape with no cracks.  Guitar weighs 7 lbs 9.7 oz.

Pickups:  Original Gibson humbuckers with black bezels & chrome covers.  Bridge - 7.35K ohms; Neck - 5.12K ohms.  Dual volume & tone controls with black speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch.  All electronics are original & in good working condition.

Case:  Unoriginal hardshell case included.
