Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the bass has a cool vintage vibe with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with "skunk stripe." Maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gold Fender tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Candy Apple Red. Top-loading Fender brass bridge with adjustable "barrel" saddles. 3-ply white pickguard with gold thumb-rest. Bass weighs 9 lbs 14.5 oz.
Electronics: Split single coil with an active circuit - preamp, bass & treble with gold knurled knobs. Can also be used in passive mode with a passive tone control; mini toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
