What makes this guitar special: This gorgeous double neck was just recently acquired from the original owner, and aside from the changed tuners is all original. It even comes with its original Gibson warranty card. Superb condition with very little play wear. Professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds amazing!
Cosmetic Condition: Fantastic condition for its age with only a few minor nicks, dings & mild surface scratches. It looks practically brand new.
Necks: 3-piece maple necks with large volutes. Nicely aged, cream binding with black side-dots. Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. The original strip tuners were replaced a long time ago with nicer & better functional Schallers with the Made In W. Germany imprint. 1 11/16" nut widths; 24 3/4" scale lengths. Necks are straight & truss rods are working fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body. Stop tailpieces with Tune-O-Matic bridges & chrome hardware. 5-ply, black pickguards are in great shape with some pick wear, but no cracks. Guitar weighs 12.95 lbs.
Pickups: Gibson Pat Number humbuckers with chrome covers & black bezels. 6-string bridge - 7.21K ohms; Neck - 7.42K ohms. 12-string bridge - 7.36K ohms; Neck - 7.53K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs. 3-way neck selector & 3-way pickup selector. Pots date to '80. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
