Description

What makes this guitar special: A very exciting Coronado II that's completely original & finished in a stunning, highly sought-after Antigua. The finish is still quite bold & vibrant and has not faded much over its 50-year career. The pickups sound marvelous & deliver crystal clear tones that ring for days. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it's guaranteed to play great upon arrival.

Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear with an ultra cool, true vintage look - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has wonderful appeal & a beautiful patina.

Neck: Rounded C-shape maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show wear, but still have life in them. Grover Pat Pend tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod function fine. Neck stamp reads 10 DEC 67 B.

Body: Double-cutaway, hollow maple body with bound F-holes. Tremolo tailpiece with height-adjustable bridge & six "barrel" saddles. 4-ply Antigua pickguard & chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 14.5 oz.

Electronics: DeArmond single coil pickups, both of which measure about 7.80K ohms each. Dual volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.

Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
