Description
From the Custom Classic Series, this super cool Strat features an alder body finished in Olympic White & loaded with a trio of hot sounding Texas Special single coils that deliver robust, dynamic tones. The 9.5" radius maple neck shows off a bit of flame figuring & thanks to a pro set up from the experts here at Cream City Music, the guitar is ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: The body is in great shape with only some mild surface scratches. The back of the neck shows checking & what also appears to be film spottiness in the clear finish. Not exactly sure what's going on there, but it doesn't affect playability as you cannot really feel it that well. Overall the guitar looks really nice & has a great vibe to it.
Neck: C-shape maple neck with 9.5" radius maple fingerboard & black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Fender diecast tuners & single string tree. Old style Fender Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. The nut has been upgraded to bone, but the original is included in the case. Neck is staright & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Olympic White. Two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge with stainless steel adjustable saddles & original trem arm included. 4-ply tortoise pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 13.2 oz.
Electronics: Three Texas Special single coils with staggered poles & parchment covers. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Fender hardshell case included. There is no COA as this model predates the certificate.
