An excellent player's grade Esquire refinished in Cherry Sunburst & loaded with modern pickups. Despite the mods, the vintage vibe is still there & thanks to a pro set up from the experts here at Cream City Music, the guitar plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents, dings & scratches. Overall the guitar is in pretty good shape & has a really comfortable feel to it.
Neck: The neck is 100% original & has not been altered. Maple neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with clay dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with barely any wear. Kluson Deluxe tuners with single string tree. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly. Neck stamp reads 3 MAY 63 B.
Body: Solid ash body professionally refinished in Cherry Sunburst. Original string-thru bridge with three adjustable threaded saddles. Unoriginal 3-ply white pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 9.1 oz.
Electronics: Unoriginal Seymour Duncan Tele single coils. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Original 3-way toggle switch with white cap. Pot codes cannot be read, but appear to be vintage. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: 1964 Fender hardshell case included.
