A true vintage beauty with an ultra cool look & vibe. The neck is very comfortable & plays great up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & pick wear. There's an extra screw hole towards the base of the neck from a previous strap button. There's a chip out of the bottom corner of the pickguard. Overall the bass has a cool look to it with an authentic vintage vibe.
Neck: Nicely rounded & somewhat chunky maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with very little wear. Headstock decals are pretty clean with no bits missing. Single round string tree & Fender open-gear nickel tuners. 1 5/8" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Offset, solid ash body in Cherry finish. Top-loading bridge with double "barrel" saddles & 3-ply black pickguard. Bass weighs 9 lbs 1.6 oz.
Electronics: Original grey bottom single coil pickup with black cover. Master volume & tone controls with black knobs. Both pots date to '78 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
