A really wonderful player's grade Musicmaster that actually does play rather well & sounds really cool. The original white finish was stripped down to natural & the pickup is actually from a '78 Strat. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. The original white body finish was stripped off, however, remnants of it are evident in the routes.
Neck: Super skinny maple neck with gorgeous dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & clay dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Kluson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 1/2" nut width; 22 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck dates to Jan '63.
Body: Offset, solid poplar body with the original finish stripped off so it's now a natural brown color. Top-loading bridge with three adjustable saddles. Original tortoise pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 5.5 oz.
Electronics: Unorignal Strat single coil pickup dates to '78 - 7.88K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with unoriginal knurled knobs. Pots date to '64 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal Fender hardshell case included.
