An ultra cool, true vintage Tele Custom that not only plays great, but has a remarkable resonance to it that produces a wonderful tone. Professionally inspected & set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Pretty good shape actually for a 45-year old guitar. There are various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The previous owner had a Bigsby on it at one time as evidenced by the filled holes in the top. But she's now back to the factory look & show off a gorgeous patina.
Neck: C-shape maple neck with black dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bullet truss rod with double string trees. F tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid alder body in Mocha finish. String-thru bridge with six adjustable saddles . 3-ply large black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 14.7 oz.
Electronics: Fender single coil bridge pickup - 5.92K ohms; Neck - Fender Wide Range humbucker - 10.23K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Fender plastic injection mold hardshell case included.
