Description
A super-rare 1955 small-box Fender Tremolux--all original, save for a couple minor electrical maintenance replacements. Aside from one resistor and the original handle, all original replaced components are included. The amp has been well-used and is by no means a museum piece. Yet, thankfully no one ever tried to "restore" it, so it retains its original look and patina.
Sound-wise, think Narrow-panel Deluxe with just a touch more headroom. Outside of the addition of a beautiful-sounding all-tube tremolo, the circuit is nearly identical to that of the iconic 5E3 Deluxe--with a beautiful woody clean tone that quickly transitions to all-out crunch as you work your way up the volume knob.
Perfect for collectors, studios or any serious player, this rare vintage amp has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds absolutely amazing.
