Description
An original vintage 1963 Fender Vibroverb tube combo amp in exceptional condition. The first Fender amp to feature reverb, the brownface Vibroverb was produced for less than a year and is one of the most collectable vintage amplifiers. Fewer than 600 brown Vibroverbs were ever produced.
This amp is extremely clean, and it is easily one of the finest brown Vibroverbs left in the world. The amp comes with its original Victoria Luggage slip cover. Aside from the electrolytic capacitors and power cord, all transformers and circutiry are original. Unfortunately, the speaker cones were too far gone, so we were forced to opt for a re-cone. While no longer 100% original, the speakers have been repaired by a world-class re-coner and sound better than ever.
This is a truly special amplifier that will make the perfect centerpiece to any vintage amp collection. It has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds absolutely fantastic.
