Second year of production for this classical beauty, just recently acquired from the original owner. Featuring a solid spruce top with maple back & sides, this gorgeous C-2 has a rich, robust voice that projects exceptionally well. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with typical wear for a guitar that's over 60 years old - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some mild finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Wide, classical-style mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & cream side-dots. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Slotted headstock with side-mounted tuners. 2" nut width with zero fret; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & plays well up & down the fretboard.
Body: Double-bound classical-style body in natural finish. Solid spruce top with rosewood bridge & multi-ring rosette. Maple back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 12.4 oz.
Case: Original faux alligator chipboard case included.
