Vintage Gibson ES-125 Sunburst 1952

We're sorry. This item is no longer in stock.

A wonderful player with a loud, resonant acoustic tone & a warm, rich electric tone from the single P-90 neck pickup. The guitar plays exceptionally well & has a truly gorgeous voice. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.

Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar looks great & has a beautiful patina.

Neck: Semi-chunky mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Trapeze tailpiece with compensated rosewood bridge & tortoise pickguard. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 3.3 oz.

Electronics: P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover - 9.42K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with gold "barrel" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition. An extra input jack & 2-way toggle switch were added, but they do nothing.

Case: Chipboard case included.
