Just recently acquired from the grandson of the original owner, a super cool thin hollowbody with an absolutely wonderful, rich acoustic tone. This gorgeous, true vintage ES-330 resonates beautifully & the slender profile neck is so easy & comfortable to play, especially for hours on end. Finished in a beautiful dark cherry sunburst, it looks & feels great! Professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with mild play wear - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some weather checking. Overall the guitar has a marvelous look to it with a nice patina
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Trapeze tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with nylon saddles. 5-ply black pickguard & chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 1.4 oz. Very light weight & exceptionall y resonant with a beautiful natural acoustic tone.
Pickups: Original P-90 single coils with chrome covers. Bridge - 7.80K ohms; Neck - 7.70K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are original & in perfect working condition.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included. The decals on the outside of the case can be removed if so desired.
