Description
A vintage 1961 Gibson GA-8 Discoverer tube combo amp. The GA-8 takes the classic 5-watt single-ended circuit and makes it bigger--adding a second 6V6 in parallel on top of larger transformers and a larger cabinet/speaker. The result is same harmonically-complex crunch without the small sound of a student-sized amp. A great combo for recording or small gigs. This amp has been cleaned and tested. It is fuly functional and sounds great.
