Description

A truly wonderful solid body bass offering fabulous tone & texture. Very comfortable to play & quite resonant, delivering rich dynamic tones. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe with good honest play wear typical of its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some finish wear. There's a crack in the center of the body underneath the pickguard & a crack in the bottom of the body near the strap button. There's also an extra screw hole from where the original bottom strap button had been. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a beautiful patina & a cool vintage vibe.

Neck: Maple neck with black side-dots. Maple fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with not much wear at all. Open-back nickel tuners with "clover" buttons. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Contoured, solid alder body with string-thru design. 3-point bridge with adjustable saddles & original bridge cover. Unoriginal single-ply black pickguard & the bass weighs 9 lbs 1.8 oz.

Electronics: Bill Lawrence Super Humbuckers with 4-way rotary selector switch. Dual volume & master tone controls with black speed knobs. Original pots & rotary switch with replacement jack & caps. Only one pot code could be read which dates to '74. All electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included.
