Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Original frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Different tuners were on the guitar at one time, but the original Gibson tuners are back on. The previous screws are still in the back of the headstock with their heads broken off. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body & plain maple top in sunburst finish with cream binding. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. Single-ply cream pickguard & jackplate. Guitar weighs 10 lbs 11.5 oz.
Electronics: Gibson mini humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold speed knobs. Pots date to '79 & all electronics are in perfect working condition. The shielding cover in the control cavity is missing.
Case: Original hardshell case included. One clasp is missing.
