100% original & in great shape for its age with a beautiful, acoustic resonance. All the electronics are fully functioning & thanks to a pro set up, the guitar plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: There's some bubbling in the finish in the top of the body near the pickups. One small chip in the control plate. Various surface scratches, nicks, dents & dings. Overall the guitar is in great shape though.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with nicely aged white binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl square inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, chambered maple body. Wrap-around bridge with adjustable saddles. Silver plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 1.6 oz.
Electronics: Dual humbuckers with black bezels. Master volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. Other effects include Phaser with Blend & Rate, Compressor & Sustain. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with original Gretsch paperwork. The top latch on the case is missing the clasp.
