100% original & in marvelous condition for its age. This is an early one folks, with the serial number engraved in the plaque on the body rather than on the back of the headstock. A dynamite player with gorgeous tone loaded with a pair of dynamic sounding SuperTron humbuckers. Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape actually for its age & showing signs of only mild play wear - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches, light buckle rash & some weather checking. Overall the guitar has a great look to it, with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, slim taper mahogany neck with aged white binding & red side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl thumbnail inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Nickel Sta-Tite tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body finished in two-tone red & black. Burns tremolo tailpiece with Gretsch-engraved arm. Space Control bridge with adjustable roller wheels. Single-ply black plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs 10 lbs 1.2 oz. She's a bit hefty, but very resonant!
Electronics: Dual SuperTron humbuckers with black bezels. Master volume & dual tone controls with "G" Arrow knobs. 3-way pickup, tone & standby switches. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
