Description
The Bluegrass F-47 isn't a Guild model you typically see very often, especially from this vintage. A gorgeous "baby jumbo" size acoustic featuring a solid spruce top with solid mahogany back & sides. Super fun to play, the guitar produces a bright, punchy tone that projects quite nicely. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays great!
Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe with good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: V-shaped mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Mother of pearl Guild & Chesterfield headstock inlays. Guild diecast tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: "Baby Jumbo" size body with solid spruce top & multi-layer binding. Rosewood bridge with mother of pearl star inlays. Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette.
