Description
A lovely thin body acoustic with a Fishman preamp, so the guitar is stage-ready when you are. Fully inspected & professionally set up with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, and in pretty good shape considering it's over 30 years old - various little nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & a tiny bit of finish chipping in the back of the neck along the center strip. The back binding & heel cap needed to be reglued, but overall the guitar looks good.
Neck: Flame maple neck with nicely aged, multi-layer binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl/abalone block inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with mother of pearl inlays & gold Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions properly.
Body: Thin-body acoustic with cutaway in natural finish. Solid spruce top with multi-layer binding. Tortoise pickguard with oval soundhole & multi-layer rosette. Rosewood bridge with compensated saddle. There's a tiny gap at the base of the bridge, but it's quite firmly attached to the top. Flame maple back & sides with multi-layer binding. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 7.5 oz.
Electronics: Side-mounted Fishman active electronics with Bass, Middle, Treble & Brilliance sliders. The Phase switch is a bit intermittent, but otherwise all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with owner's manual.
