Description

A nice playing dreadnought with a rich, powerful voice that projects exceptionally well. Fully inspected & professionally set up with fresh strings, ready to play upon arrival.

Cosmetic Condition: A bit rough around the edges, but not too bad considering its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There are cracks in both sides of the body along with a crack underneath the pickguard. All the cracks have been professionally repaired by us - glued & cleated. The original pickguard was peeling up, so we replaced it, but the original is included with the guitar. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.

Neck: Soft V-shaped mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show a tiny bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Rowewood headstock overlay with diamond volute. Unoriginal gold Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions.

Body: Double-bound dreadnought in natural finish. Solid spruce top with black pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Ebony bridge with cream end pins. Solid Indian rosewood back & sides with checkered center strip. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 15 oz.

Case: Original hardshell case included. The case is also a bit rough with the back side of the plastic injection mold separating from the metal trim. Also the bottom latch is bent to the point of no longer latching.
