Description
Rose Morris models were 'export' versions based on the 330 body style made specifically for the English market in the '60s. The most distinct differences between the US & UK Rics were the F-hole versus 'slash' hole & trapeze tailpiece rather than the iconic 'R' tailpiece. In fact you see old photos of Pete Townshend playing the Rose Morris version quite a bit. The model was reintroduced in the late '80s & manufactured for about another ten years before production halted again. This particular version, known at the Model 1997VB, is the vibrato tailpiece version. Professionally set up & ready for action straight out of the case!
