Description
Adopted by Brian Jones of The Rolling Stones, this lovely Italian-made Mando Guitar is basically a mini 12-string featuring a pair of single coils that deliver glassy, bell-like tones. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear.
Neck: Bolt-on maple neck with nicely aged white binding. Rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Open-gear strip tuners & strap button on the back of the headstock. 1 3/4" nut width with zero fret; 15 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Solid birch body in sunburst finish with an asymmetrical "artist-palette" shape & 3-ply white pickguard. Stop tailpiece with six adjustable saddles double-notched for 12 strings. Original bridge cover included. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 9.9 oz.
Electronics: Two single coils with 3-way toggle switch. Master volume & tone controls. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The left side latch does not close.
